The First 83-inch QD-OLED TVs Will Be Available in 2025
According to unconfirmed information, Samsung plans to release its first 83-inch QD-OLED TV in 2025.
Samsung Display’s QD-OLED technology is currently competing with LG Display’s WOLED. It is available in 55-inch, 65-inch, and 77-inch sizes, just like the Samsung S95D and Sony A95L.
Next year, the lineup of such TVs may expand to 83 inches.
Reddit experts reached this conclusion by analyzing Samsung’s component database, which now includes details about the 2025 models.
The database indicates that the 2025 flagship will be the Samsung S95F, replacing this year’s S95D and dropping the “E” from the model names.

Experts say Samsung’s 83-inch S95F flagship will feature QD-OLED and WOLED panels, similar to this year’s S90D for the 83-inch models.
Many are confused about panel types, but the news that QD-OLED tech may reach 83 inches next year is exciting!
In addition, Samsung Display said a new QD-OLED panel is designed for 2025.
Samsung could drop some 83-inch QD-OLED models in their 2025 TV range.
They haven’t changed anything in the A95 series for 2024, so that’s leading to some buzz about what might be coming next. But, hey, it’s all just speculation for now!
This January, Samsung will unveil its 2025 TVs at CES 2025 in Las Vegas.
