The First 83-inch QD-OLED TVs Are Expected in 2025

Samsung is rumored to launch its first 83-inch QD-OLED TV in 2025.

Samsung Display’s QD-OLED technology competes with LG’s WOLED. It’s currently available in 55, 65, and 77 inches—featured in models like Samsung S95D and Sony A95L.

Next year, the lineup may expand to include an 83-inch option.

Reddit users analyzed Samsung’s component database, which now lists details for the 2025 models.

According to the database, the flagship will be the Samsung S95F. It will replace the S95D and drop the “E” from model names.

Experts suggest the 83-inch S95F will support both QD-OLED and WOLED panels. That mirrors this year’s S90D, which uses dual panels for the same size.

Many consumers are still unclear about panel types. But QD-OLED reaching 83 inches is generating excitement.

Samsung Display confirmed it’s developing a new QD-OLED panel for 2025.

There’s a chance Samsung will include a few 83-inch QD-OLED models in next year’s lineup.

No changes were made to the A95 series in 2024. That’s sparking speculation about what’s coming.

Expect Samsung to unveil its 2025 TVs this January at CES in Las Vegas.
