LG Has Unveiled Its 2025 QNED evo TVs
LG Electronics has unveiled the QNED evo 2025 line of TVs – featuring advanced picture output technologies, support for wireless picture transmission in 4K resolution at 144 Hz, solutions to enhance picture and sound quality, and the webOS 25 software platform, which includes personalization features.
LG’s new TV line features its proprietary Dynamic QNED Color Solution, an alternative to traditional quantum dots. Optimizing the backlight mechanism provides more accurate color rendering, as confirmed by the 100% Color Volume certificate issued by the expert company Intertek.
A distinctive feature of LG QNED evo is LG True Wireless 4K technology. The TV has only a power cord, and image transmission in 4K resolution at 144 Hz is carried out by the Zero Connect Box, which can be placed anywhere in the room.
AMD FreeSync Premium technology is also supported, which, combined with the high frequency, makes the novelty a good gaming option.
The TVs are equipped with the α8 AI processor, which offers a 70 percent performance boost in AI algorithms over previous models. The AI is used in Dynamic Tone Mapping Pro technology, which includes HDR optimization, 9.1.2 conversion of two-channel audio to surround sound, and a function to improve speech intelligibility.
The remote control has an AI button for displaying personalized recommendations; there is voice identification and search based on a large language model – the latter feature is only available in South Korea and the United States.
For personalization, functions are responsible for the LG webOS 25 platform, which the manufacturer has promised to update for five years.
The LG QNED evo 2025 TV lineup includes models from 40 to 100 inches.
